PRE-TRAINING
Prerequisites: The student must have taken private lessons of the method before being able to participate in the Pretraining. If the student does not have the opportunity to attend a Gyrotonic® studio, 3 additional days will be required to be added to the 6 of Pretraining. The course takes place over 6 days with a minimum of 5 hours per day. Only after successfully completing the basic course, the student will receive a Pre-training qualification contract with which he can enroll in the Foundation Teacher Training Course.
FOUNDATION TEACHER TRAINING COURSE
The course takes place over 12 days with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 6 hours per day of lessons.
Only after successfully completing the Foundation Course will the student receive a Gyrokinesis® Level I Apprentice Certificate and a license to teach method classes.
APPRENTICESHIP
The apprenticeship period ranges from a minimum of six to a maximum of twelve months from the end of the Foundation Course. During this time the student must give Gyrotonic® lessons and participate in a six-day Supervision with a Master Trainer for a total of 30 hours.
FINAL CERTIFICATION
The course takes place over 3 days for a minimum of 4 hours a day.
UPDATES
Refresher courses are mandatory every two years after obtaining the final certification diploma and are required for the renewal of the license.
